One more piece of info: In both the Dolphin dump folder and the CEMU (Wii U emulator) dump folder, I see lots of smaller versions of the same texture, along with the full res version of the texture. I actually experienced something similar in Minecraft and it had something to do with the "Mipmap Levels" setting. Below is a video of what I mean and all my settings. The shimmering also only changes when the camera changes and the position of the texture updates. When I start the game it says custom textures loaded but it doesn't show the twilight princess 4k logo and it doesn't look different. However, one glaring issue I'm seeing is that almost all textures have a sort of "shimmering" effect to them, but it's usually only seen at a distance. So I've loaded the whole textures folder of the 4k pack into load/textures and renamed the folder GZ2E01 (the game's Id in properties). I'm dumping the textures from Zelda: Twilight Princess HD and making them into a texture pack for the standard gamecube version for my own enjoyment.
